1. Acceptance

By using SINI (operated by SINI Learning, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

SINI provides a modern Chinese-language curriculum with Arabic and English support: lessons, vocabulary, grammar, reading passages, and an AI tutor. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, with notice when the change materially affects users.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old; users under 18 require parental consent.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SINI offers a free tier and, where enabled, paid plans (Plus / Pro).
Payments are processed by our external processor (Paddle); we do not store card numbers.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices include applicable taxes (including Saudi VAT where required).
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. AI Features

The AI tutor uses language models to generate explanations, examples, and translations.
Output may contain errors or inaccuracies — verify before relying on it academically or professionally.
You may not use the tutor to produce harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
We may apply usage limits to prevent abuse or preserve service stability.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (notes, sentences, chats).
You grant SINI Learning a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it inside your account and to improve the service in aggregated, de-identified form.
You must not post harmful, discriminatory, privacy-violating, or infringing content.
We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

7. Acceptable Use

No account sharing with third parties.
No scraping, reselling, or commercial redistribution of the content.
No attempts to breach the platform, bypass usage limits, or send excessive automated requests.

8. Analytics & Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies at all times, and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) only after your explicit consent. See the Cookie Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Learning content, brand, images, and text are owned by or licensed to SINI Learning. No commercial reproduction rights are granted.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate — verify before relying on it.

11. Limitation of Liability

SINI Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, or SAR 100 for free-tier users.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, retaining billing records as required by law.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will email you before any material change and update the version and effective date above. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new version.
